Mr. Betterley joined CSI
as Chief Financial Officer in April, 2008. Previously, Mr. Betterley had
been Chief Financial Officer at Cima NanoTech, Inc., Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of PLATO Learning, Inc., Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of Diametrics Medical, Inc., and Chief
Financial Officer of Cray Research Inc.. Mr. Betterley has more than 25
years of finance and accounting experience.
