Dave has been a driver in building shareholder value for the last ten years in three companies. Dave was appointed the Company’s CEO in February 2007 and has served on the Board since August 15, 2006.   Previously, Dave was COO for FoxHollow Technologies, (IPO 2004) and directed its commercial plan.   Prior to FoxHollow, Dave was VP of Global Sales for Rita Medical Systems, (IPO 2000).  Before that, Dave was Director of U.S. Sales for CardioThoracic Systems, (IPO 1996).  Dave has also held sales and sales management positions for Procter & Gamble, Boston Scientific and Guidant Corporation,  and currently serves on two boards.
