Michael J. Kallok, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer and Director

Dr. Kallok (Mike) has more than twenty-five years of experience in the medical device industry and has been the Companyís Chief Scientific Officer since February 15, 2007. Mike was CEO of the Company December 2002 through February 15, 2007. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Aerospace Engineering Sciences, a master's degree from Purdue University in Engineering Sciences, and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to joining Cardiovascular Systems, Mike held positions at Medtronic Inc., Angeion Corporation, Myocor, Inc. and Boston Scientific Corporation.
